PureFantasy Terms and Conditions

PureFantasy prohibits content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, threats, harassment, coercion, or illegal activity. Violations may result in immediate account termination, content removal, and reports to relevant authorities where required.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use PureFantasy. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service as we improve the platform, comply with legal obligations, or protect users and systems.

PureFantasy provides tools for creating fictional AI characters, chats, images, and videos. Outputs are generated by automated systems and may not always be accurate, predictable, or suitable for every use. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs in a lawful and respectful way.

You may not upload or request content that infringes another person's rights, violates privacy or publicity rights, depicts real people without proper rights or consent, or otherwise violates these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute illegal content, content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, fraud, malware, spam, harassment, or content that violates another person's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

You also agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass security controls, interfere with the Service, or use automated access in a way that harms PureFantasy or other users.

Paid plans, credits, and subscriptions are billed according to the prices and terms shown at purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.

Refund eligibility may depend on your location, payment provider, plan type, usage, and applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly at hello@purefantasy.io.

Inputs, prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and related materials you submit or create through the Service are your responsibility. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you retain any rights you have in your content.

You grant PureFantasy a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use your content as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support the Service. We do not claim ownership of your prompts or generated outputs merely because you use PureFantasy.

PureFantasy, including its software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, and platform features, is owned by PureFantasy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our brand or platform except as needed to use the Service.

If you believe content on PureFantasy infringes your rights or violates these Terms, contact us with enough detail for us to review the complaint, including your contact information, the content at issue, and the basis for your request.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for PureFantasy or others, or if required by law or platform policy. Some provisions will continue after termination where needed to protect rights, resolve disputes, or enforce obligations.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureFantasy disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureFantasy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold PureFantasy harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

The Service may rely on payment processors, AI providers, hosting services, analytics tools, marketplaces, or other third-party services. Their own terms and policies may apply to your use of those services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. These Terms are governed by applicable law based on the Service provider's jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
