18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

PureFantasy is an AI image and video generator. This site does not feature images or videos depicting real individuals by default; outputs are
AI-generated and private unless a user chooses to share them. Although PureFantasy is not subject to United States law, we voluntarily align our practices with
18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and related regulations.

Scope & Nature of Content

Most visual depictions available through PureFantasy are computer-generated and do not depict actual human beings. Some features allow users to upload inputs
(e.g., face or pose reference images) for private use.

Users must have lawful permission to upload any reference images they provide.
Content depicting minors (real or implied), non-consensual acts, or otherwise illegal material is strictly prohibited.
Where users choose to share outputs publicly, those items must comply with our Terms and Blocked Content Policy.

Exemption Statement

Visual depictions displayed on this website are exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A and/or
28 C.F.R. § 75 because:

They do not portray actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(i)–(iv);
They do not portray conduct specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2257A;
They do not include depictions covered by 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A)(v) produced after July 27, 2006; or
They are otherwise exempt under applicable law and regulations.

Actual Depictions (If Any)

To the extent any visual depiction on this site were ever to include actual persons engaged in sexually explicit conduct (for example, authorized submissions or
promotional materials), PureFantasy would maintain the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations and make them available to
authorized inspectors as required by law.

All models, actors, and other persons appearing in any such actual visual depictions would have been at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the images were created.
